Service Description
As an Alexander Technique specialist, Taylor can address how you perform many things: from high-pressure performance situations to issues confronted in everyday life. Performances can include acting, public speaking, dancing, singing, playing sports, playing an instrument, presenting, making art, and auditioning. Performances can also include performing in everyday life, such as: improving posture, cultivating wellness, managing and alleviating pain, recovering from injury, doing yoga, developing mindfulness practices, climbing stairs, driving a car—or even simple activities like doing the dishes. Taylor can also consult on creating efficient environments that encourage ease of motion, and provide advice on furniture that is ergonomically beneficial for the body.








Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel within the last 12 hours before the booking, you will be charged a $10 convenience fee.
