The Alexander Technique (AT) teaches individualized movement that frees the body from excess effort and tension. Using gentle hands-on guidance, Taylor can help you let go of harmful, restrictive habits in favor of healthier patterns. Healing, vitality, presence, and deep authenticity can arise. AT addresses how you use your whole body and how you think about your whole body—which guides you towards effective performance, enhanced coordination, and dynamic postural alignment. AT prioritizes self-agency, which means you will walk away with personalized tools that empower you to grow and change on your own. As an Alexander Technique specialist, Taylor can address how you perform many things: from high-pressure performance situations to chronic pain and issues of everyday life. Performance Coaching and Corporate Consultation can include acting, public speaking, presenting, auditioning, playing sports, dancing, singing, playing an instrument, making art, and more. Lessons in Dynamic Postural Training can be general or directed to achieve specific results. Deepened embodied awareness and healthy movement integration can take pressure off of sensitive or painful areas, and help you optimize your full potential. These sessions can involve improving posture, managing and alleviating pain, cultivating wellness, recovering from injury, assisting with yoga postures, developing mindfulness practices, climbing stairs, driving a car, doing the dishes, and more. Taylor can also consult on creating efficient environments that encourage ease of motion, and provide advice on furniture that is ergonomically beneficial for the body.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel within the last 12 hours before the booking, you will be charged a $10 convenience fee.
